GENERAL
1. The Artist reserves the right to refuse any Commission request with no explanation necessary
2. The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission once it has begun, or cancel a Commission request due to rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate, or a breach of these Terms of Service caused by the Client.
3. The Artist will not create any depiction of sexually explicit materials, fetishes, or any form of hateful or racist imagery.
4. If the Commission is defined as confidential, the Artist will temporarily delay public display of the image at the request of the Client until the Client specifies public display is permitted, or up to 3 months. After that period has passed, the Artist will post the completed work unless there are special circumstances agreed upon.PAYMENT
5. All payments must be done via Paypal. I do NOT accept payments through cheque, direct transfer, gift cards, physical products, or any other method other than the one already stated.
6. The client is responsible for any currency conversion fees.COPYRIGHT / USAGE
7. The Artist retains every right and ownership to the produced Commission, therefore the Artist is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to post it, display it and use it to promote their work anywhere.
8. The Client is allowed to use the copyrighted Commission for personal and commercial purposes, such as livestreaming, promotional content, the creation of merchandising. The Client must credit the Artist for their work.
9. The Client is allowed to make changes to the Commission, however they must still credit the Artist for their work regardless.
10. If the Client infringes upon these Terms of Service in any way, every right the Client had to the Commission will be retracted and the Artist may use the Commission in whatever way they see fit, which includes resale and redistribution. The Artist may also publicly warn fellow Artists about a Client's problematic behavior;
11. The following acts, if taken by the Client are considered an infringement to the terms of service:
- a. Taking credit for the creation of the Commission;
- b. Reselling the Commission or taking parts of it (such as meshes and textures) and using them in other Commissions;
- c. Using the Commission to promote hate speech, which includes but is not limited to displays of racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, pedophilia, and general discrimination;
- d. Using the Commission in any way to create or promote content related to cryptocurrency or the blockchain.
- e. Filing a chargeback against the Artist, infringing upon the cancelation/refunds policy.REFUND/CHARGEBACK
12. The Artist has the right to cancel and refund the money for the Commission at any time.
13.The Client has no right to demand a refund from the Artist under any circumstances after work on the Commission has begun.
14. If money has not been sent yet and the Artist has not started working on the Commission, the Client has the right to cancel the Commission.AVATARS
1. The client must understand that the Artist works with premade bases from vroid and other 3D artists.
2. The client must understand that there will be no rush or rush fee in the commission since the Artist can fall ill for working more hours than stipulated in her agenda.
3. I don't do males, furries or mecha.
